"As parents we were looking for a club team and coaching staff that would understand our goals and the needs of our daughter. After numerous attempts with an assortment of club teams and coaching staffs we were introduced to the New Jersey Field Hockey Academy/IMPACT Club Team. The IMPACT coaches were able to watch and evaluate our daughter. They took the time to select the right training that would help to improve our daughter and all the members of their team individually. The flexibility in their training styles in comparison with the rigid structured training styles of many other clubs enabled our daughter to understand her strengths and weaknesses and improve on both. The coaches assisted in the recruiting process on and off the field. They were available for questions 24 hours a day and provided invaluable support and guidance every step of the way."

"New Jersey Field Hockey Academy/IMPACT Club Team provides training to field hockey players of all levels. The coaching staff provides a variety of expertise on the field and off the field, as well. My daughter will be heading to college in one year and this club has provided her with the information needed to find the best school/field hockey team for her. She has been able to play in a variety of college showcase tournaments in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and has traveled to USA Hockey Festival in California. My younger daughter (a beginner) plays with the club also; her team traveled to Virginia Beach competing in the USA Field Hockey National Indoor Tournament this past Spring. There is always an opportunity to play, improve your skills and have fun! The athletes who play with this club are competitive, hard working girls who care about each other and want to be the best hockey players they can be! My daughters will tell you they have made good friends with many of the girls they have played hockey with on IMPACT. On another note, the club is organized and efficient when it comes to communication for all the different programs/tournaments offered throughout the year.
